Sandwich Heroes This
one’s all about America’s favorite meal on-the-go: sandwiches! We’ll
start with a café in New York where we learn all about the newest thing
in sandwiches: panini. We’re also heading to Illinois for a new twist
on a favorite dessert: instead of an ice cream sandwich, how about a
cookie dough sandwich? Al’s going to Philadelphia to learn how to make
its signature dish, the cheesesteak, from the Prince of Cheesesteaks.
We’ll wrap it up in Ohio, where a tiny tavern makes bologna sandwiches
that draw folks in from all over the country.
